After former President Donald Trump rose to power, I think most people became aware of what narcissism is and how dangerous it can be. Many of Trump's sycophants fall in that category, too. Case in point: U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley. As an aside, but not really an aside, there is no cure for narcissism.
"The power of purpose," Hawley said on stage. "There are few things more important in a man's life than purpose."
"Purpose, it tells us who we are, it tells us what we're here for, it tells us where we're going," he continued, unfortunately. "Purpose gives a man a sense of identity; it gives him a sense of momentum in his life, a sense of direction."
"There are few things that a man with purpose cannot do. cannot do," he added.
Oh, isn't that sweet! He's trying to act like a manly man. Well, asshole, a real man doesn't dictate what a woman can do with her own body. A real man doesn't think it's up to him to make the rules for other men -- especially if he's on tape running from his supporters on Jan. 6th. But yeah, tell us what a man is, you primadonna.
