Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to lash out at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Again. Trump has targeted every top official investigating him in his rage posts, calling for their removal, and Republicans have remained silent, even though the narcissistic rage machine is getting worse.
Trump wrote that if he is charged with crimes, there will be "potential death and destruction."
NBC News's Sahil Kapur asked Trump sycophant Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan about Trump's violent rhetoric.
Jordan alleged that he hadn't seen Trump's post, which is all over the news. Kapur said he showed Jordan the post on his phone, but the Ohio Republican claimed he couldn't read well without his glasses. He went on to add that he's reviewing Bragg's letter.
I assume he's reviewing the letter without his glasses on. There isn't a decent bone in Jordan's icky body. At some point, decent Republicans -- if there are any left -- need to step forward. Trump is obstructing justice again. And this is why they give Trump a pass for his role in the Jan. 6 insurrection. They do not care. They have zero fucks to give if our democracy is on the brink.
