NBC News is reporting a group called The 65 Project has filed bar complaints against Kari Lake's attorneys, who tried to advance spurious election fraud claims to the courts.
Lake's lawyers already have been sanctioned by a federal judge over their lawsuit against voting machines in an effort to overturn the election of Katie Hobbs.
The 65 Project is a nonprofit, bipartisan group focusing on the outrageous amounts of frivolous lawsuits being filed over election fraud allegations that led to the insurrection on January 6.
In order for this craziness to stop, lawyers filing outrageous suits for election deniers must be held accountable by Bar Associations.
Michael Teter is the managing director of The 65 Project.
“We saw hundreds of election deniers across the country run and lose, and yet very few of them were bringing lawsuits in the aftermath of their losses," he said. "I think that’s partly attributable to our efforts in 2020."
These attorney's representing the MAGA cultists know their suits are frivolous, and now they need to be held accountable for their actions.
The group's name comes from the number of lawsuits that were filed trying to overturn the 2020 election after Trump lost.
