Rep. Jim Jordan told Maria Bartiromo on Fox News that the first "weaponization of government" hearing was "bipartisan." Sure thing, buddy.
"We invited Tulsi Gabbard in to talk, and she was tremendous," then he added that Republicans invited Jonathan Turley, too. And that makes it bipartisan.
Except that Tulsi is now an Independent, and she campaigns for Republicans. Last October, she campaigned for now-failed gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake. She slams wokeness and panders to Trump sycophants.
When Gabbard announced that she was exiting the Democratic Party, she said it was because the party had become "an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness."
She did not act like a Democrat before she switched to officially being listed as an Independent. And she seems to have a thing for authoritarian world figures such as Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin. And she doesn't appear to support Ukraine after Russia invaded them, and its military proceeded to bomb civilians, rape women and children, and destroy entire cities.
She doesn't even resemble a Democrat.
As for Jonathan Turley, he's a joke and a coward. But I did enjoy watching Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz calmly tear him to pieces last week.
