On Tuesday's addition of Hannity, the Fox News host agreed with Marjorie Taylor Greene's illegal plan of banning American citizens from voting for five years who move from a blue state to a red one.
The Fox News host introduced his upcoming segment with anti-Consitutionalist Marjorie Taylor Greene this way:
"Greene is saying that a national divorce would empower individual states to form a smaller government, reduce the federal debt, set their own environmental standards and the Congresswoman has another idea as well: Banning people who move from blue states to red states from voting for five years so they don't bring their bad politics with them. I actually favor that idea," Hannity said.
This is a completely illegal idea, since voting is guaranteed in the Constitution for US citizens, but Hannity signed off on it even before Marge ranted against US democracy for almost five minutes.
After the introduction, Hannity sat there like a mute idiot and normalized Marge's anti-American rant about a looming civil war
What's also moronic about this is that if Hannity moved from his home state of New York to Alabama or Florida, he wouldn't be allowed to vote either. Of course, he would receive some special dispensation from the state because rules only apply to Democrats in MAGA world.
Fuckin' jackasses, all of them
Atrios writes, "I know this kind of thing is just for attention, but still imagine if AOC said, "people moving from Red States should not be able to vote for 5 years!"
AOC would be deluged with hatred and constant vilification from the NY Times and the beltway media.
