Beer-loving Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh went to Matt Schlapp's holiday party with a bunch of conservative ratfuckers in attendance., including Stephen Miller, Rep. Matt Gaetz, and Sean Spicer. MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell talked about that on his show and gave him a good public spanking.
"If you are a Supreme Court Justice, how many holiday parties would you go to, with say, a congressman who has been the subject, of a federal investigation, of possible sex crimes for underage girls?" he asked. "If you are Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the answer is at least one,"
The MSNBC host noted that Kavanaugh was "partying with republican congressman Matt Gaetz" and with professional liar Sean Spicer, who was paid by taxpayers to publicly lie every day for Donald Trump during Sean Spicer's brief term as white house press secretary."
"Sebastian Gorka, one of the most absurdly incompetent clowns, even among the clowns in the Trump White House, was there at the party with the Supreme Court Justice," he continued.
O'Donnell noted that Kavanaugh doesn't seem to have a problem with Gorka's highly controversial statements about whites and Blacks.
He mentioned Stephen Miller, who "has formed a group called America First Legal Foundation, and Stephen Miller is not on the side of democracy."
Kavanaugh should not be partying with Miller since Miller's conservative group, America First Legal, has filed briefs on cases that are pending before the Supreme Court.
"Stephen Miller is arguing to the Supreme Court, in writing, that any state legislature should be able to control the electoral college votes in that state, no matter how the citizens of that state voted for president," O'Donnell said.
"It may be the single most important case about election integrity in the 21st century, and Brett Kavanaugh thinks that's perfectly okay to go to a right-wing party, with the right-wing extremist who has a case pending before the Supreme Court," he continued.
He also mentioned Clarence Thomas's wife, Ginni, and her "communications with the White House."
"You know that Clarence Thomas's wife was communicating with state officials in 2020, trying to get them to change the electoral college votes in their states without the benefit of a Supreme Court opinion," he added. "Clarence Thomas cannot recuse himself in that pending case."
And Kavanaugh seems to support that since he's out hobnobbing with Nazis and whatnot. What a disgrace.
