Former Trump White House counselor Kellyanne Conway confirmed just how low she had set the bar in her political career. Unlike others in the Trump administration, she didn't get subpoenaed, so she is super special. That's not something any of us would brag about, but this is Kellyanne Conway we're talking about.

She spoke with Piers Morgan, both of whom make me want to punch random people on the street in the throat, this week about how she cooperated with the House Select Committee investigating the January 6th Capitol attack.

"I'm the one Trump official with no subpoenas, indictments, scandals, and investigations," Conway boasted. "And I plan to keep it that way."

"I did not take the Fifth for that testimony or any question within that testimony!" Conway said.

Morgan was making sense, probably because he wasn't raging against Mehgan Markle for a change. He noted that former President Donald Trump's penchant for lying about the 2020 election hasn't been helpful.

"It broke my heart in 2020 that President Trump didn't get reelected," she said. "However, elections are about the future and not the past."
