Appeals Court Tosses Out Trump's Special Master

The Appeals Court for the 11th circuit ruled that Judge Cannon's "Special Master" for the Mar-A-Lago document review was completely out of bounds and threw it out.

Donald Trump was just handed what may be the most devastating ruling in recent memory. Judge Aileen Cannon's super special ruling halting the document review by the DOJ and granting a Special Master was just thrown out by the 3-judge panel from the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals - a panel made up of one Bush 43 judge and 2 Trump appointed judges, so no "Obama/Clinton SUPER LIBERAL JUDGES" here.

It will be held for 7 days pending an appeal to the Supreme Court or the full 11th circuit panel, which will almost definitely happen:
