Election fraud provocateur and an alleged co-conspirator to overthrow the US government, Rudy Giuliani, failed to appear before the New York State Supreme Court to argue why he shouldn't honor a Georgia subpoena he received as a material witness.
This was not a good move on his part.
Rudy showed his disdain for the entire US justice system. We already know what he thinks of US democracy as a whole.
The Atlanta Constitutional Journal reports, "Farber ordered Giuliani to appear and testify before the Fulton grand jury beginning on Aug. 9, 'and on any such other dates as this Court may order.'"
Giuliani promoted the quickly debunked conspiracy theory that he concocted from a late-night video that supposedly shows fraudulent election ballots being counted from State Farm Arena. "It showed Fulton County workers pull containers of ballots from underneath a table, roll them to nearby desks and begin counting them — and that’s it."
Even if he tries to claim executive privilege, it may not pertain to certain questions he will be asked in the grand jury.
