Apparently signalling to his Aryan brothers that it's open season on the young congresswoman, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Or maybe it's just nothing at all. I don't know. I'm not a White Supremacist with a grudge against brown people and ethnic minorities. You be the judge.
