Like most Republican bobbleheads, Laura Ingraham just loves herself some unborn babies! And like most of the anti-abortion crowd, she doesn't care about them once they're born.
Karolina Wilson worked for 16 months as Ingraham’s personal assistant and she's suing Ingraham, saying she was fired on her first day back from maternity leave.
She also said as soon as Ingraham found out she was pregnant, she began to treat Wilson with hostility, and tried to offer her the Fox host began treating her with hostility — and she says that Ingraham initially only offered her one week of maternity leave.
One week! What a swell boss.
Ingraham and her company say it's not true Wilson's work before her pregnancy was “extremely efficient.” They also said it is not true that Ingraham became hostile toward Wilson after learning of her pregnancy,
(Sure, you always want to make sure that lousy employees only take a week off to have a baby, because you can't wait to have them back!)
And besides, her attorney says, Ingraham's company doesn't have to comply with the Family and Medical Leave Act because she has fewer than 20 employees.
What a hypocritical piece of work. She's making several million dollars a year, but she can't accommodate a young working mom.
