Video via Epicurious: So Valentine's Day falls on Ash Wednesday -- if you're doing the whole "give up chocolate for Lent" thing you might want to celebrate with your valentine on Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) or delay Lent a day?

That's nothing -- Easter is on April Fool's Day. Can't wait to see who's "resurrected in jest" and poor taste. Don't trust anyone saying they're the Easter Bunny April 1? Really?
