Like Father (In Law), Like Son (In Law): Kushner Stiffed His Lawyers Too
December 18, 2017

Looks like Jared is learning from the best: Donald Trump. What is he learning, exactly? Conspiracy? Collusion? Lying? Cheating? Stealing?

No. He is learning how to screw his lawyers out of money. Donald Trump also has a lengthy history of not paying his employees, contractors, lawyers, etc. Basically, if he can find a way out of paying a bill, he will try it.

So Jared. Apparently he has not been paying the law firm in New York that handled a ton of eviction and housing court cases between December 2014 and May 31, 2015. Whoops.

New York Daily News reports that the law firm Cornicello, Tendler & Baumel-Cornicello filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court on December 7, 2017 against Kushner Companies and 19 of its related subsidiaries. Their demand? $102,000.

A spokesperson from Kushner Companies said “We are working to resolve this matter.”

The lawyers filing the suit aren't without their own share of criticism...from tenants. Both the property management company and the lawyers have been accused of "using harassment tactics — like loud construction and poor maintenance of properties — to get them to move out of rent-regulated apartments."

So, a slum lord?

Funny - Jared has failed at bringing peace to the Middle East and now he can't even pay his bills in his hometown. It's almost like he's bad at literally everything. Will he be good at incarceration? I bet we find out soon.
