Oddly enough, those other countries rarely have mass shootings, because they don't have easy access to assault weapons.
But let's take him at his word. Why did he roll back a regulation requiring gun checks for people who are on disability for mental illness?
Why is he trying to destroy the ACA, which for the first time required insurers to cover mental illness?
Because he's mentally ill, and has disordered, incoherent thinking about anything more complex than a reality show episode.
