Rep. Jim Jordan defended Trump's constant use of Executive Orders, saying they are legal after years of constantly attacking President Obama, accused him of being an "emperor" for issuing them half as much.

Republican hypocrisy hits a new low, again.

CNN's Chris Cuomo battled it out with the Freedom Caucus wacko, who now ignores everything he said when President Obama was in office and suddenly loves him some executive orders.

See, as long as a Republican acts like a dictator and imposes ideas that Jordan likes, it's appropriate.

Trump signed his 50th executive order already because he can't get any of his ideas through the legislative process since they are even repugnant to the GOP led Congress.

Rep. Jim Jordan joined CNN's New Day to discuss Trump's executive order to do away with paying subsidies to the ACA that lower-income families need to keep their health insurance.

Rep. Jordan refused to give a direct answer when Cuomo cornered him on his hypocritical behavior when dealing with Obama.

Cuomo said, "Jim, why aren't you saying that the president is acting like an emperor and that his job is to execute laws that are passed not write his own and Congress must hold him into account for doing so."

Jordan refused to answer his question and said the CSR payments are illegal, but Cuomo reminded him that it's not a decided legal issue yet since it's still held up in court battles.

Jordan then lied when he said Trump will not "engage in activities that the courts have said are unconstitutional," but that wasn't Trump's take when his Muslim ban got rejected by the courts.

Cuomo said, "Just to be fair, [Trump] did the opposite when he didn't like the ruling, he said 'I'm not going to follow it,' the courts are wrong on this. So it's not like he's just respecting the rule."

Then Cuomo got back to his original question.

Cuomo said, "But I'm asking you about something else Jim. You have been so outspoken about executive orders. You said 'the American people have spoken loudly during the midterms. They want a legislative fix to problems."

"Right."

"Those were your words."

"Yeah."

"You said President Obama can't be an emperor. He has to execute laws, not write his own. That's exactly what this president is doing. Why isn't your criticism..."

Again, Rep. Jordan didn't answer the question, but decide to make an imbecilic remark since their health care bill never passed the Republican Senate.

Jordan said, "That's why we passed out of the House a bill that would have improved the healthcare situation, a bill that would have repealed most of Obamacare, a bill that would have replaced it..."

Cuomo replied, "But it didn't become law."

Rep. Jordan agreed, "No, and that's a problem."

The House bill would have destroyed healthcare in America, its CBO score was horrendous and the public hated it with a 16% approval rating. And the public hated the Senate healthcare bill just as much, but Rep. Jordan is bragging that they passed that piece of garbage as some sort of an excuse?

Cuomo and Jordan continued their battle on CNN's airwaves in the video above.

Jordan could care less about the working class that would be hurt by Trump's newest executive action and his arguments expose that for a fact.

The dishonesty permeating within the GOP is remarkable even for the freaks of the Freedom Caucus.
