New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie had the gall to warn Special Counsel Robert Mueller to be careful about potential conflicts of interest during an interview on CNN's State of the Union:

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) said Sunday that Special Counsel Robert Mueller must be careful to avoid any potential conflicts of interest amid reports that the first charges in his investigation have been filed.

“I think he has to be very, very careful about making sure that the public believes he has no conflicts, and that his integrity is unquestioned,” Christie told CNN’s Jake Tapper on "State of the Union."

“I think it’s incumbent upon him to hold himself to the highest possible standard so people in this country can have absolute confidence in whatever conclusions he comes to in this investigation.”

Christie added that he has not seen anything to indicate Mueller should step down, but said Mueller and his legal staff must constantly be monitoring for any conflicts.

Mueller previously served as FBI director while Christie was a U.S. attorney. [...]

Christie on Sunday also slammed the leak of the reported indictment, saying “it could be a crime.”

So says Mr. Bridgegate with a 15 percent approval rating in New Jersey. Why anyone is bringing on this corrupt Trump sycophant to get his opinion on anything in the first place is beyond me.
