Forced to answer questions about Trump's crazy wiretapping allegations, Rep. Devin Nunes lashed out at the press today. According to the congressman, Trump is a "political neophyte" and "you guys sometimes take literally."

How is the American public supposed to take him? Do we now agree all agree that he is a right wing twitter troll who spews out Alex Jones conspiracy theories and should never be taken seriously again?

Remember, we're talking about your party's president, Congressman.

Rep. Nunes is one of the lead horses on the ever-spinning merry-go-round of Trump apologists. And Nunes actually said this to the press, "He's been doing this a little over a year, and I think a lot of the things that he says, you guys sometimes take literally."

He continued, "Sometimes he doesn't have 27 lawyers and staff looking at what he does which is I think at times is refreshing and at times can also lead us to have to be sitting at a press conference like this answering questions that you guys are asking."

Huh?

Does Trump need a team of lawyers to say hello to the press or open up his twitter feed? This is ludicrous.

CNN's Jake Tapper was so disgusted by Rep. Nunes' words that he told his panel members, "I find it interesting the idea that a 70-year-old man shouldn’t be held accountable for his words."

I agree with Bradd Jaffy when he said, "Yes—he's POTUS. He accused former POTUS of committing a felony."

Can you help us out?
