Megyn Kelly joined ABC's Good Morning America today and explained to host George Stephanopoulos how Fox News' Roger Ailes sexually harassed her in detail.

Kelly said, "He tried to kiss me three times, and so I rejected that and when I rejected that, he asked me when my contract was up."

This is the horror women face in the workplace when an aggressive and sexually abusive male is in a leadership position.

A woman works hard to get to a place and position she's coveted, only to have a menace like Ailes throw a roadblock up. Her career would be over before it got started because of the sexual advances of a disgusting individual.

Kelly contacted a supervisor, who then defended Ailes' character and told her Roger must have just been smitten with her and then advised her to stay away from him.

Megyn wished she had come forward sooner, but didn't think this was a pattern of behavior from Ailes.

Kelly also explained that after the first incident nothing ever happened again so she let it go.

Megyn said, " But he and I had gone on to have nine years of a healthy working relationship, so in my mind, I had attributed it to he was interested in me, that he was having a marital difficulty, perhaps he was just interested in having an extramarital affair and i didn't --

George asked, "He was explicit about that?"

She replied, "As explicit as you could be. I mean, it was very on the nose and then it culminated in a physical attempt to be with me which I rejected in his office and then I contacted a lawyer."

"He touched you?"

"He tried to kiss me three times so I rejected that and when I rejected that, He asked me when my contract was up. As soon as I left his office I called a lawyer and I did bring the matter to a supervisor at Fox News."

What a bastard.
