Awwww, Rudy Giuliani is upset because doing an interview with Katy Tur is quite different from doing an interview with his buds at Fox "News" and so he has to actually pay attention to true things.

I'm just going to say it: Don't mess with Katy Tur. She's relentless.

Tur began by describing a very disturbing event. "I heard a man scream when governor pence was talking about Hillary Clinton, assassinate that b-word," she said.

That sent Rudy into orbit, and off on a rant about how some Clinton supporter tossed a rock into Colorado's Republican headquarters somewhere, an event he is most angry about.

And that led to another rant on Wikileaks reports that Clinton supporters sent people to Chicago. "They paid people - THUGS - to create riots and fights in Chicago to break up the Trump campaign," he complained.

That's inaccurate, actually. There were people in Chicago, but no one was urged to be violent. Katy Tur took pains to point these things out, and remind him that he was repeating unsubstantiated rumors.

He then had a moment where he thought he was on CNBC, which he complained was very unfair to him.

Tur corrected, "This is MSNBC."

She then tried to steer the conversation around to Trump and whether he will concede the election if he loses, which took viewers down the dark path of Bush v. Gore, yet again.

Tur asked, "If he does lose and I'm not saying he's going to, should we expect to see him concede graciously, as every other loser in a presidential campaign has done?"

"Absolutely, unless he loses the way gore losed [sic], who didn't concede two or months later."

HE LIES, and Tur called him on it.

"The recount was automatically kicked in and he did not initiate the lawsuit. The recount was kicked in then he did graciously concede."

But Giuliani continued to lie and lie and lie. "No, he didn't. He conceded and one hour later withdrew his concession." He went on to claim that Gore brought the lawsuit before the Supreme Court, apparently forgetting that the case was brought by Bush in order to call a halt to the recount in Florida.

Placing an exclamation point on his lie, Rudy went on to castigate Tur, saying, "But don't tell me there wasn't a lawsuit in the Gore case. I was involved in it."

He added, "But that's the usual thing you do to us. When I come on CNN or MSNBC or CNBC, it's like going before the grand jury."

Tur was having none of it. None.

"It's also difficult for reporters talking to Donald Trump and his surrogates because oftentimes, many of you will just completely obscure the facts or gloss over the facts and then --"

Rudy interrupted, "Nobody obscures the facts!"

Undeterred, Tur continued, "-- And then say things factually untrue."

Unsaid: Just like you are right now, Rudy.

Finally giving up, Tur cut it off, thanking him for his time and reminding that he had his facts wrong.
