Remember how for years and years, conservatives screamed to the high heavens about President Obama's deficit spending and how it was destroying America?

Get ready to hear a different tune now.

Suddenly, conservative scolds like Fox News' Eric Bolling, who made his bones on the Fox News' stock shows loves the idea that Trump can spend billions of deficit spending dollars on infrastructure because he can borrow it cheaply.

You know, just like President Obama did.

Greg Gutfeld on Fox News' The Five said, "When you bring up infrastructure, Democrats love to spend, so when they hear infrastructure, they get very excited.

He continued, "So what happens to the conservative deficit hawks? Where are those guys?"

I think we know. And it took Eric Bolling all of five seconds to change his tune on deficit spending as long as a Republican does it.

Bolling said, "And senior adviser Steve Bannon who's spent many many years on Wall Street, went to Harvard, very, very smart guy. He said, he makes a very good point. If you're going to borrow, if you're going to deficit spend, it's borrowing. Do it when the interest rates are low like they are right now, and there's a lot of indication interest rates may be rising soon."

Guilfoyle asked, "Doesn't that make sense?"

Bolling replied, "It makes a lot of sense."

Williams said, "The policy here remains somewhat the same, but the messenger does make a difference, and that's the sad truth."

You mean if a Republican wants to deficit spend that's just peachy? Apparently, so!

Gutfeld topped it off by saying, "But his [Obama] spending, remember, we were going to shut down the government over spending."

And so they did on an unrelated topic.

Hypocrisy will rule our airwaves now.

Get ready to never hear about the true unemployment rate in America.
