Trump's Nevada rally on Tuesday was special on a couple of different levels. In addition to telling everyone there to mispronounce Nevada as "NevAHda," he had a special appeal for the terminally ill.

"I don't care how sick you are," the Republican nominee said.

"I don't care if you just came back from the doctor and he gave you the worst possible prognosis, meaning it's over. Doesn't matter. Hang out till November 8. Get out and vote."

I guess if you're terminally ill and bitter you might consider a vote for Trump to be your final middle finger to the world. But I think most people about to meet their maker might think about what world they want to leave behind.
