Glenn Beck joined Charlie Rose on PBS Monday and explained why he believes Trump is a sociopath.
Rose asked, "You've called him pathological liar, possibly a sociopath. What's the indication that he's a sociopath?"
Beck replied, "Have you seen him during the last year and a half truly feel for someone that couldn’t help him? Truly connect on a human level, and say, 'This has made me stop; this has made me think. ... I am deeply sorry for what I have said?'
He continued, "A sociopath is somebody who doesn’t really see the human experience in anyone else, and I haven’t seen that in him. I haven’t seen him deeply affected by the human condition in an individual....freighting."
Glenn Beck in my eyes is one of the men responsible for the position in which the Republican Party finds itself. He made a fortune pushing insane conspiracy theories and bombastic claptrap on Fox News and helped bring the Republican voter base to the way they think now.
Remember when he won Media Matters' 2009 Misinformer of the Year? We do.
Trump came from Beck. That's the fact.
But now that Beck wants respectibility and rebranding? He's telling the truth about Donald Trump.
