CNN's Brianna Keilar has been a fighter against political surrogates of late and Wednesday afternoon she took on Trump's Kellyanne Conway over a NY Times story that recounts claims of sexual assault against Donald Trump by former beauty pageant contestants.

Conway was not a happy camper when she was asked to comment on the NY Times story as well as Trump's own words that appear to indict his behavior and back up the Times story from a 2005 interview with Howard Stern.

Conway arrogantly attacked CNN for refusing to cover the four women that the Trump/Bannon camp trotted out to attack Hillary Clinton over with nary any proof of wrongdoings on Clinton's part.

Conway said, "All you want to do it seems is talk about something he said ten-fifteen years ago and yet we never ever want to talk, particularly CNN, who we've offered up these women to you, you never want to talk to the women that were shamed and blamed by Hillary Clinton who had sexual contact with her husband."

Kellyanne seems to believe that their campaign can dictate who and what CNN and every news agency should cover, when in fact there has never been any credible information to back up any of Conway's nefarious assertions.

Fox News' Judge Andrew Napolitano destroyed Conway's case Tuesday evening on the Kelly File and he is not a Clinton supporter.

Keilar said, "We covered it, Kellyanne. I disagree with you. We've certainly looked at your allegations. We have fact checked them ....we've found that hey were exaggerated so I want to talk about your candidate."

When Conway tried to force Keilar to explain what "was exaggerated," Brianna pushed forward and she said, "I'm asking you about your candidate."

After she asked Conway if it was appropriate for Donald Trump to behave like was alleged with former beauty contestants, Kelly refused to answer and came back to Hillary Clinton.

"You're proving my point to me about what CNN wants to cover and what it doesn't want to cover."

We've covered it Kellyanne, but I'm hoping you can shed some light on the thinking of a person that you spend a lot of time with."

Conway then described Trump as a "gentleman whose family is making a huge sacrifice to run for president."

Conway then continued to whine to Brianna about CNN refusing to cover her seriously bogus deflection campaign of former Bill Clinton accusers.

Then Kellyanne got bizarre and blamed Hillary Clinton for the millions of women being in poverty and without health insurance.

Brianna fired back, "I would like to talk about the issues, but a lot of this is being driven by your candidate." What doesn't he talk more seriously about the issues. He's upstaging himself."

Kellyanne again blamed the media for focusing on what they want instead of what she wants.

Major props to CNN's Brianna Keilar for refusing to bow down to Trump's campaign manager Kellyanne Conway's whims on how to cover the news.

It's obvious that the Bannon/Conway team understand they have no legs to stand on when it comes to defending Trump's behavior so the only way they can try and shift attention away from him is to make up garbage and recycle debunked and litigated Bill Clinton conspiracies.

What a pathetic campaign to run.

Brianna never once gave in to her desperate and ridiculous attempts at shifting the blame away from Donald Trump's despicable behavior.
