Flack has be gotten for observing deaths in the music club in the past and it is fully understood as to why. It is much more fun to celebrate a life than a passing. Sometimes though, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
It was 39 years ago today that Marc Bolan died in a car accident two weeks before his 30th birthday. He was one of my first favorite pop stars and also one of the rare breed of pop stars that could actually rock. T. Rex records are still a big go to around my digs as they have been since I was a little kid.
