Last night, Donald Trump gave a "law and order" speech in a white Milwaukee suburb in an attempt to supposedly reach out to the black community after more violence erupted over a police shooting in Milwaukee.

As Van Jones told us last night, "[Trump's] message tonight was so shocking in its divisiveness," Jones continued. "Trying to pit Blacks against Latinos, which is the worst thing that you can do!"

"I watched this speech with alarm in my heart," he lamented. "That an American leader would walk into a situation like this with so little grace."

But if you watched the opening segment of Fox News' "Outnumbered," you would have been lead to believe that Trump reached out his arms and embraced the African American community and all their grief.

I didn't know that "blaming a community" for violence against the police is called "reaching out" to them. Fox News is happy to report that, though.

Co-host Harris Faulkner opened the segment by setting it up this way, "Donald Trump says he will restore law and order in America in the aftermath of violence plaguing Milwaukee - he gave a speech in a nearby suburb, largely sticking to script - emphasizing the importance to supporting police and he reached out to black voters."

Trump reached out to black voters by blaming them and their protesters for the violence against the police and didn't say a word about police violence against their community.

Check out the segment of Trump's speech they used for Fox News viewers.

""The war on our police must end. It must end now."

"The war on our police is a war on all peaceful citizens who want to be able to work and live and send their kids to school in safety.

Our job is not to make life more comfortable for the rioter, the looter, the violent disruptor, of which there are many.

Our job is to make life more comfortable for the African-American parent who wants their kids to be able to safely, safely walk the streets."

See, it's only the Black perpetrators and those that are speaking out against police brutality that are at fault.

She then played some of his speech were he attacked Hillary for protecting the "offender than the victim."

"She is against the police, believe me." "We reject the bigotry of Hillary Clinton which panders to and talks down to communities of color and sees them only as votes, that's all they care about."

Hillary Clinton's bigotry is to blame for violence against all black communities? Who knew.

I wonder then why Trump has about 1% support from African Americans (and Hillary has 85%) if she's so bigoted?

If Trump had not made this speech behind the wall of an all-White audience of Republican supporters, he might have some credibility. Yet in front of a more diverse crowd, Donald would have been booed off the stage.

Harris Faulkner knows this all too well, but decided to play conservative propagandist and ignore the issue of why Black communities are protesting police violence in the first place. Instead, she earned her Fox News paycheck by backing Trump, and made no effort to "fair and balance" her coverage to include the valid and urgent concerns of communities of color.

It was very sad to see.
