Fox News' Outnumbered began today like every other cable news channel, by covering the Bernie Sanders endorsement of Hillary Clinton.

As soon as Bernie finished up, they cut back to the four co-hosts and #OneLuckyGuy, and if you thought they would discuss the biggest news of today, one in which they just covered for almost thirty minutes to give their viewers some context, you'd be mistaken.

Instead, co-host Harris Faulkner dived right into the AG Loretta Lynch testimony up on Capitol Hill.

That transition was pretty weird in its own right, but then when she turned it over to Fox News' Bill Hemmer, co-anchor of America's Newsroom, it became even stranger.

Hemmer began, "She's made no news." Harris said, "That's what she wanted." Hemmer continued, "There's a reason for that."

"She met on a plane with Bill Clinton in Phoenix on June, 27th. And four days later because of that she said because of that meeting I have to take a back seat in this investigation."

He pushed on, "Why do we even know of the meeting that happened on a plane in Phoenix?"

"A reporter was tipped off."

"We were told that somebody at the airport told a reporter, then it became national news. Which may be true."

Just an FYI, Bill Clinton is being followed around by a bevy of reporters, Hemmer. And with that comes a lot of people checking his movements.

The NY Times' Amy Chozick, wrote an excellent piece detailing how Bill Clinton routinely meets politicians on the tarmac such as Ted Cruz and many others to pass the time away.

Phoenix's ABC15 is the station that broke the story.

Hemmer said, "She knew she was going to testify at some point, this hearing, similar hearings like it have been on the schedule. She could be asked about gun violence in America, but she could certainly be asked about the Hillary Clinton server/email investigation."

"If you want to conclude why you're getting no news and why she's referring you back to the FBI. She was given a reason to take herself away from the case."

Here it comes..."Once that meeting with Bill Clinton went public, she had to withdraw."

"Ohhh"

"And I will present to you today, this was something that was cooking in the background and will never be able to prove it, but I think the reason stands."

Hemmer isn't a nutjob guest like Stacey Dash, but a long time host of one of their top programmed news shows. and he's promoting a very shady deal indeed.

Some might say he sounded a lot like Alex Jones, even.

Even Faulkner was somewhat shocked by Hemmer's story. "Just so we're clear. The conspiracy you're hinting at would be that she would recuse herself because it was leaked? She would leak to the press that she was having that meeting?"

"Wow"

"That's explosive stuff."

No, that's crazy stuff. Stuff made by the black helicopter crew of the 90's.

He then made his "theory" fall apart by saying Comey could have mucked up her plans if he recommended an indictment.

I'm sure this will get a lot of traction on the conservative side of things, but it's just par for the course, as they say.
