First I must exhale, as every day brings another dose of IQ-deteriorating commentary from Trump sycophant and CNN paid pundit, Jeffrey Lord. Now, let's see what he had to say at the conclusion of the DNC, which obviously kicked the Cleveland RNC's ass in every meaningful way.
LORD: The other thing I'd like to observe here with the sudden presence of flags (lest we forget, that is the only metric to judge one's patriotism by, in the GOP, where substance and actions are meaningless). it's very interesting, when we come in here, in this Wells Fargo Center; we hear people say build bridges not walls.
We are surrounded by miles of fencing, in other words, the Democratic Party wanting security, I'm all for that, put miles and miles of fencing which I see today was extended beyond where it was. My question would be the obvious: If it's okay for the DNC, why isn't it okay for the Southern Border of the United States? (um....tunnels maybe?) What they're doing here is exactly opposed to what they're saying.
COOPER: There is fencing on the Southern Border of the United States and border guards.
LORD: Well I mean a wall, a wall, a wall. I mean, what they're doing here is exactly opposed to what they're saying.
COOPER: *repeats* That's actually not true, there's fencing and guards.
LORD: But it's not effective, it's not effective. People are coming over the border all the time.
DERP! UGH....enough already!
This was followed by a little more cross talk and somehow the other media personalities managed to prevent an eyeroll or two. Miraculous. I hope to goodness that Lord loses his CNN gig when this election is over and Clinton defeats that Orange Disaster. Otherwise, Jeffrey Lord will become the gold-standard in TV broadcasting. YIKES!
