German group Faust have never been normal. In the early part of the 70's their first 4 albums confounded people even of the far out music persuasion.
After returning from a well over a decade "disappearance" in 1990, they've continued to baffle listeners.
Tonight in the music club let's listen to something from their 2nd album, 1972's So Far. "It's A Rainy Day, Sunshine Girl" is probably the closest the band ever got to crafting a simple pop song. In Faust's world though that is something the rest of planet may not consider hit material.
