Thankfully, the Secret Service is already well aware of this nut's threat.
From the NY Daily News: Texas gun rights activist plans to bring rifle to event during Obama’s SXSW speech, says ‘This may get interesting’:
A Texas gun rights activist plans to “open carry my rifle” to an event that “may get interesting” during President Obama’s South by Southwest festival speech Friday, the activist wrote in a Facebook post on his group’s private page.
Open Carry Texas founder C.J. Grisham made the remarks Wednesday to the closed group’s 28,000 members, and one responded, “If you get a clear shot, please fire for effect!,” according to images of the posts obtained by gun control advocates Everytown for Gun Safety.

His comment that his group’s armed leafleting event “may get interesting” involved the logistics of moving around the city during the popular arts and music festival with the extra security of Obama’s visit, he told the Daily News.
“I don’t understand what people get out of that,” Grisham said, adding that he hadn’t heard from the Secret Service. “I know that those guys are smarter than the people who are making a big deal out of this.”
Yet Nicole Green, a volunteer with Everytown for Gun Safety’s group Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, said the remarks were worth taking seriously. Read on...
