Katrina Pierson made an appearance on CNN's The Lead to discuss Donald Trump's rebellion against Fox News by his refusal to attend tonight's Republican debate.
When Jim Sciutto asked her straight up which veteran's charities Trump was supporting with his event, she couldn't name even one.
"Which veterans' groups are taking part tonight, and which veterans' groups have agreed to accept money raised at this event tonight," asked Sciutto.
"The money will be raised in bulk and the disbursements will be spread all across the country to veterans' organizations," Pierson replied, "and those who don't want to receive the money, we'll make sure not to send a check."
"The money will be going to a Trump organization now. Name one organization that has agreed to accept that money," Sciutto pressed.
That moment was a bit hilarious, because suddenly Pierson couldn't quite hear the question. After it was repeated, she just spun it by saying to check the website for a list of organizations that are "in the queue to sign up for this."
She also said there will be veterans in attendance.
But she still couldn't name one organization, and didn't mention the website by name, so there was no way for her claims to be verified.
