Rod Stewart turned 71 years old today. Though for the last 30 or so years his choice of songs and approach to them has been questionable to a lot of ears (but hey, he's earned it. He's outlived a lot of his contemporaries and still has his voice)-he was once a serious rock-n-roller with a lot of booze soaked (and other substances) soul.

The Faces are one of the greatest rock-n-roll bands of all time.
