Hallucinatory Lawsuit Filed With Cliven Bundy's Name Full Of Fever Dreams (Updated)
January 4, 2016

In 2014, Cliven Bundy and a man in prison joined forces to file one of the more bizarre lawsuits I've ever seen against President Obama for, among other things, conspiring with Hezbollah.

The lawsuit begins with a declaration that Americans are in danger, and gets weirder from there.

"Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen therefore he has no authority to take over peoples (sic) land under imminent (sic) domain," they wrote.

"Mr. Obama blackmailed and covertly threatened Donald Trump with building code regulation violations, property tax fraud, illegally operating offshore tax havens for betting with Federal indictments unless he shuts up and stops the Birther movement because Mr. obama fears he will be exposed for his covert and sinister ties to Iran's Hezbollah network."

Not content to leave the Hezbollah allegation standing, Bundy and Rothrock then alleged covert ties to Haliburton and the "unconstitutional" Federal Reserve Bank.

There's more rantings about Obamacare being an entitlement tax, and then it turns to sex. It appears that the suit was written by Rothrock, who attached Bundy's name to it.

"Mr. Obama had me and agent Fletcher perform oral sex on Sunny & Bo in the Oval office why Michelle was turning tricks on Massachusetts & North Capital," they write.

It gets weirder from there, with mention of "satanic injunctions," Bill Clinton "cross-dressing in a Burqa," and Obama selling "Muslim oils at a street vendor stand with a wig mustache."

The lawsuit never saw a courtroom because there was no filing fee included. Still, it's interesting that they led off with such a passionate defense of Donald Trump. Interesting and predictable.

Update: Bundy denies filing any such lawsuit, claiming Rothrock appended his name without his knowledge. There is a signature on the last page, but it's possible it was forged by Rothrock.
