I'm not going to write much of an overall review of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but I wanted to tell you to just see the film. I'm not alone in saying that I wasn't a fan of the last three Star Wars movies, but J.J. Abrams has returned the magic to George Lucas' vision and brought back something old with something new and reenergized the mega-franchise.

Big props to Daisy Ridley, who lit up the screen with her presence and will be the breakout star of the film.
