Surprise, surprise. The yappers on Faux "news" played their "elitist" "limousine liberal" card to attack director Quentin Tarantino after he spoke out at a recent Black Livers Matter protest. After Tarantino mentioned Fox's favorite wingnut sheriff David Clarke on Chris Hayes' show this week, we all knew there was no way the network was going to let that go without giving Clarke respond and throw a few stink bombs Tarantino's way.
If anyone needs a perfect example of what The Nightly Show's Larry Wilmore was talking about the same evening, and the circle jerk we've seen on Fox over the Black Lives Matter movement, this is it.

Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke joined Sean Hannity tonight to respond to embattled filmmaker Quentin Tarantino taking a shot at him during an interview on MSNBC's "All In."
In the interview, Tarantino said, "Clarke, who is on Fox all the time, says that I’m putting police in danger by standing up for the rights of unarmed citizens who have been killed by the police."
Clarke said that Tarantino is a "limousine liberal" who feels guilty about his terrific lot in life.
"Every once in a while, what these elites do, they go down and appear at these demonstrations, and they try to get their legitimacy that they’re down with the struggle," Clarke said. "They go down there, they get too far ahead of their skis and they say something stupid."
Clarke said that he has a deal to offer Tarantino to help him out, since police unions around the country are calling for a boycott of his new film.
"You take the proceeds, the profits, from your next movie, donate them to the Concerns of Police Survivors or the National Law Enforcement Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C., maybe NYPD, for survivors of people who have been killed in the line of duty, and I’ll help call off the dogs on this proposed boycott," Clarke offered.
If Tarantino wants to donate to a fund for police survivors, that's perfectly fine of course, but he shouldn't do it in response to threats from Fox or David Clarke.
Clarke was also terribly upset that MSNBC didn't want to have him on as a guest. Someone should give him Scarborough's number. He'd probably be more than happy to oblige since he's determined to turn the network into Fox Jr.
