One of the reasons why huge numbers won't tune in for tonight's debate is simple: No one expects an entertaining train wreck. The most exciting draw might be: Will Hillary Clinton faint? Will Martin O'Malley trip over an untied shoelace? For these and other stories, stay tuned to CNN, the most trusted name in news:

It's probably safe to say Tuesday night's Democratic presidential primary debate isn't going to be as big of a draw as the Republican one: Most people have a tough time naming three out of the five candidates on stage, and there's no Donald Trump.

So CNN is doing its best to keep things exciting: It set up a podium in case Vice President Biden wants to enter the race at the last minute and hop on stage. CNN's Jim Acosta imagined on air what that would look like.

Unfortunately for Acosta, Stephen Colbert caught that clip. Colbert took a cue from his Daily Show days and spent the rest of the segment above mercilessly making fun of it.
