Fox's resident quack, "doctor" Keith Ablow seems to be having just a little bit of trouble telling the difference between wanting to see some transparency, accountability, fairness and justice when it comes to our officers of the law doing their jobs, and someone inciting violence against the police, or anyone else for that matter.

Ablow was the "one lucky guy" on this Tuesday's Outnumbered, and during a discussion about the recent brutal execution style shooting of Texas Deputy Sheriff Darren Goforth, and President Obama's call to his widow expressing his condolences, Ablow decided to use the occasion to attack President Obama for supposedly not being sincere with his apology, and to wish that the widow would have given him this response to his phone call:

TANTAROS: I'm glad that the President issued a statement Dr. Ablow, but, the rhetoric we're hearing out of the White House is very different than we've heard in the past with other incidents and we have heard, especially with Ferguson, a more anti-cop tone. I mean, the President wagged his finger, as I remember at the police putting him on the same moral equivalency as the protesters in Ferguson.

So is this rhetoric too little too late?

ABLOW: Well, who takes that call from the President, instead of saying “I'm sorry, aren't you the guy who started this?” This is the President who inflamed racial discourse in this country, who put a target on the backs of American police officers. How did he do that?

Well number one, the Attorney General went to the funeral of the fellow who tried to grab the gun of the police officer in Ferguson and ended up dead for doing so. He sent the Attorney General to the perpetrator's funeral, and now he has the audacity to issue a two-faced statement. Why?

Maybe because when they polled it, it looked like people are getting the idea that he's trying to create division and our society. Well, guess what? He's been trying to do that ever since Cambridge, that professor who was locked out of his house, the police officer thought, gee, it could be a robber. They did the right thing. They asked him questions.

The President has to have a beer with the guy after he tears him down for doing his job.

Sweet Jesus. Where to begin with that's wrong with this, and I'm sure I'll miss a lot. For starters, acknowledging there is a problem with accountability for the police and their conduct is not "inciting" anyone, or "starting" anything.

And heaven forbid Ablow or his buddy Tantaros might mention this on officers losing their lives in the line of duty:

Traffic accidents were the leading cause of death for police officers over the first half of this year, the fund said in a midyear report, responsible for 30 deaths during that period.

Through the first half of the year, 16 police officers were shot and killed, down from 23 officers killed that way during the first half of 2014, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page, a nonprofit organization that tracks all line-of-duty fatalities.

Through Wednesday morning, 18 police officers have been shot and killed, down from 27 officers killed that way at the same point in 2014, the memorial page’s records show.

Officers have been shot and killed responding to calls, as occurred in Fulton County, Ga., or happening upon robberies, which is what happened to an officer in Philadelphia. Omaha police officer Kerrie Orozco was a few hours from starting maternity leave when she was shot serving an arrest warrant for a suspect in a different shooting. Sonny Kim, an officer in Cincinnati, was killed exchanging gunfire with a suspect who had called 911 to summon police.

These deaths have occurred amid a backdrop of demonstrations against police actions that have focused on times officers used deadly force, which has been the subject of sustained protests around the country over the last year.

Police jobs seem to be getting safer. About 50 police officers have been fatally shot each year over the last decade, a number that has fallen by more than half since the 1970s, according to the memorial fund. But in interviews, officers say they feel besieged by the protests and worry about the anger directed at them.

So never mind reality, as long as the race baiters like Ablow on Fox continue to make sure they "feel" like they're under siege, we can blame it all on the Kenyan usurper and his Attorney General, Eric Holder, who dared to show up in Ferguson to try to find out what was going on and calm racial tensions in the area.

Ablow also could not stop himself from bringing up the Henry Louis Gates nonsense, where as dday discussed here "The cop baited the guy into leaving the house so he could arrest him for making a cop feel bad." and where as Dave also noted, the cops "should not be allowed to arrest someone for being an asshole in their own home."

Don't tell that to Ablow though. He doesn't care what happened as long as he gets to lob some stink bombs at President Obama, and call him a racist while race baiting himself.
