After all of this time, so many high-visibility incidents, I think it is proper time to honestly ask the question: Just what do our Police Departments think they are 'protecting and serving' by continuing to kill unarmed Citizens?

It is perfectly right for Citizens to be fed up. We are perfectly correct in our expectation to have already seen positive changes Nationwide. We are exactly right in being vocal and angry that it continues. On with the Round-Up...
