Because I had a corporate job, I'm still on a lot of mailing lists, and was fascinated by a piece about the corporate culture at Netflix. In light of what I wrote yesterday about the lack of ethics and poor leadership at our broadcast news operations, take a look at their Culture Deck (notice their "Values are what we value" segment) and imagine what it would say about NBC in light of their recent disasters.
