Here we go again. Is the third time a charm to finally land this guy behind bars where he belongs? Judge sets George Zimmerman's bond at $5K in aggravated assault arrest:
A Seminole County judge has set $5,000 bond for George Zimmerman, who was arrested Friday night in Lake Mary.
The 31-year-old was booked around 9:45 p.m. for aggravated assault -- domestic violence with a weapon. According to Don West, Zimmerman's attorney, his client threw a wine bottle during the incident.
Zimmerman is prohibited from contacting the victim, returning to her home or entering Volusia County. He must surrender all firearms by Tuesday, but will not have to wear a GPS monitoring device.
He is due back in court at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 17 in front of Judge Donna McIntosh.

George Zimmerman was released Saturday morning on just a $5,000 bond and told to stay out of Volusia County, Florida. The acquitted killer of an unarmed black teenager was again arrested for aggravated assault and domestic violence with a weapon.
And yet, he lived through the arrest. Shock and awe!
The 31-year-old was arrested again on Friday night in Lake Mary, Florida, at about 10:00 p.m. and was being held at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility, according to the facility’s website without bail.
The International Business Times reports: He appeared before a judge Saturday morning with his attorney, Don West, who also represented Zimmerman during his murder trial. West said Zimmerman was accused of throwing a wine bottle at his girlfriend. The incident marked Zimmerman’s fourth public brush with the law since he was acquitted for the 2012 incident in which he shot and killed Martin in Sanford, Florida, and his second arrest for aggravated assault.
Zimmerman was ordered to avoid contact with the alleged victim, a woman who was not identified, according to WFTV. Zimmerman, who wore blue scrubs and handcuffs, appeared calm during the brief hearing. At one point, he laughed and joked with an officer as he signed paperwork. Although the incident didn’t involve a firearm, the judge ordered Zimmerman to surrender any weapons out of an abundance of caution.
Judge John Galluzzo did not give details of the incident, but said it happened at Zimmerman’s home.
