Florida Judge John Murphy was captured on video in an exchange of words with Assistant Public Defender Andrew Weinstock about a case after Weinstock refused to waive a client’s right to a speedy trial. Judge Murphy told Weinstock, “You know, if I had a rock I would throw it at you right now. Stop pissing me off. Just sit down.”
