Ladies and gentlemen, I bring you Traitorous Torturer Allen West last December, on the occasion of President Barack Obama's visit to South Africa for Nelson Mandela's memorial service. I'm including an image of what he wrote, because if he follows suit with other conservatives, he'll delete this post shortly.
Writing about Obama's reception at the funeral, Traitorous Torturer West groused that Obama's time and attention was focused on Raul Castro, rather than Margaret Thatcher. He went on to grouse that evidently the president did not have time or attention for "those left behind."
It got me thinking of others who seemingly do not deserve President Obama’s time or attention. In the military we live by a code that defines our commitment to each other, an undying devotion of “Leave no Man Behind.”

Then there is Army SGT Bowe Bergdahl still held by the Islamic terrorist Haqqani network, probably in Pakistan, in the same place where Osama Bin Laden was hiding. This past POW/MIA national day of recognition, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel reiterated a pledge to secure the young Army NCO being held captive, but have there been any actions? Any time, attention, or even mention from the Commander-in-Chief? Nah, no camera highlights in it for him.
That was then, this is now, and there's a midterm to win by stirring up anger and hate toward the President. Allen West calls for Obama's impeachment, something he longs for with all of his might and hoped he would get from the Benghazi! nontroversy.
[West] called for articles of impeachment to be brought against President Barack Obama for negotiating with the Taliban, a “non-state, non-uniform terrorist organization, for the prisoner swap of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl for five Taliban terrorists that were being held at Guantanamo Bay.
No Republican deserves one iota of credit on national security, national defense, or the military. For years, Republicans have been the party claiming to give a damn about the troops, right?
If any liberal did what West did there, they'd be called out for sedition and high treason. If Allen West's change of heart from December to today doesn't prove the naked ambition and cynicism that is the Republican party, I do not know what would. It's stunning.
