Even Karl Rove knows his recent conduct in propagating Hillary Clinton conspiracy theories is reprehensible. Just ask Karl Rove from 2008.  Rove has been questioning Hillary Clinton’s viability to enter the 2016 presidential race, saying the former Secretary of State is  too old and suggests she has brain damage.
