While in Tokyo, President Obama was greeted by ASIMO, a robot who said,”Welcome to Miraikan, Mr. President, it is a pleasure to meet you.” As per Japanese custom the life-like robot bowed to the President and in return, Obama bowed to ASIMO. So naturally, Drudge’s headline reads, “U.S. President bows to Japanese robot” except of course it was written in Republican caps.
Alan Colmes from Liberaland writes, “Expect a plethora of snark from RWNJ’s because of a photo of President Obama bowing to a robot. Drudge and Breitbart are already on it.”
