Roger Shuler of Legal Schnauzer has been jailed since October for refusing to remove material from his blog and for refusing to agree to not write about certain persons. This prior restraint is considered a violation of the First Amendment. Shuler recounts the manner in which he was arrested as abusive, and discusses his plight to get an attorney to represent him.
