SECAUCUS — East Rutherford will be the center of the football universe on Sunday.The day before the big game at MetLife Stadium, neighboring Secaucus will have its own moment in the sun, displaying a giant sculpture inspired by the gridiron next door.
At 1 p.m. on Saturday, the town will unveil the world’s largest mozzarella football, a 350-pound objet d’cheese created by a group of decorators from Spectrum Works, a nonprofit group that provides job training for autistic individuals.
