Police have arrested a man dubbed the “Swiss Cheese Pervert” for allegedly committing indecent acts with dairy products in northeast Philadelphia.
The suspect, identified by authorities as 41-year-old Christopher Pagano, of Norristown, Pa., was arrested at his home Thursday by officers with Philadelphia’s Special Victims Unit.
Pagano is accused of offering to pay women to put Swiss cheese on his penis and perform sexual acts, according to a report on Philly.com.
