We already pointed out James Clapper's ridiculous prepared remarks that referred to journalists as "accomplices" with Ed Snowden. In that post, we noted that Eric Holder had gone through a bit of controversy a year ago when it was revealed that the DOJ had claimed to a court that a reporter was involved in a crime in order to get access to his sources -- and that Holder had promised that the DOJ would not target journalists.
