TRENTON — Gov. Chris Christie may have trouble implementing his oft-repeated message of bipartisanship in the wake of a pair of scandals surrounding his administration, top Washington Post politics reporter Dan Balz writes in a column published today.

During his second inaugural speech Tuesday, the Republican governor reiterated one of his favorite battle cries during his successful re-election campaign last year: that in New Jersey, Democrats and Republicans work together — and lawmakers in Washington should emulate the cooperation.
