Glenn Beck doesn't much care for the Jesuits, which form the largest men's single religious order of priests and brothers in the Catholic Church, or for Pope Francis -- and he's not shy about telling you why.
“He makes me a little concerned on his Marxist tendencies,” he explained. “When you’re not on prepared remarks, Marxism starts to creep into your language. When you’re asked questions by people, you start to say, ‘Look, I don’t want to hurt you, I just think that redistribution of wealth isn’t so bad.’

“The reason why they didn’t pick Ted Cruz is because they don’t want to give him any more power,” he opined. “I mean, they’ll put Hitler on — they did make Hitler and Mussolini the Man of the Year.”“Remember, progressives are fascists, they are for fascism. Congratulations,” Beck added. “I can tell you right now that they may have put Ted Cruz in the little pool to have his name looked at but nobody considered him.”

The subtext to Beck's rant is that the Pope can't think for himself because if he did, he wouldn't be saying all those things that progressives have been happy to hear so far from him. When extremists like Cardinal Dolan speak, conservatives get very, very excited. Glenn Beck is a former Roman Catholic who has converted to Mormonism, so I wonder if he has an axe to grind?
Glenn Beck has just been added as another anti-Pope conservative and the list is growing by the day.
