MSNBC: NBC News said Monday it will appeal a judge's ruling rather than include Democratic presidential hopeful Dennis Kucinich in a candidates' debate in Nevada.

How churlish. He's still a candidate, voters in Nevada have a right to hear from all the candidates. Bad move, NBC.
